************************** DC Trip Deadlines

March 1st, 2010: Medical Release / History forms due

       Room preferences / assignments due
If playing the spring concert, you can bring the medical forms to me at the first
rehearsal.

  Reminders!!
For the massed performance, moved to the Jefferson Memorial, you will need to
wear Khaki pants, black shoes, and the shirt that will be provided by Music
Celebrations. (This is the shirt that I need measurements for)

For our individual band performance, we will wear black pants, black shoes and
our white SMB polo shirts. If you don't have one or need a new one, please
contact me at  cathyjames76@yahoo.com.

If it works out that we can get new shirts for this event, I will let you know and I
should already have everyone's measurements. If you have ideas for a shirt
design, please e-mail them to me.

I have set these deadlines to coincide with deadlines given to me by Music
Celebrations, the company that puts together these tours. All of your help is
greatly appreciated as any missed deadlines will result in extra penalty fees and
unnecessary charges.
